As a rule, the garment is worn eight hours a day. Depending on the degree of deformity, the correction lasts from four to six months.
It is most convenient to start wearing the garment in the morning. The garment is inconspicuous and can be worn under normal clothing. The child can participate in daily physical activities without having to take off the garment in the meantime.
Information about the effectiveness of the treatment is stored in the sensors attached to the garment. This information is synchronised via a smart device to a cloud server. In this way, the child’s doctor (GP, physiotherapist or orthopaedic surgeon) can regularly monitor the treatment.
Once a month, the doctor should take the child’s measurements and change the treatment plan, if necessary/desired.
